Our stay in Porto turned into a nightmare. During the night, while we were sleeping, someone entered the apartment using a set of LovelyStay agency keys (we only had a keypad code for access, we were never given physical keys). ​This major security breach allowed a stranger to enter our home and steal our documents, money, and valuable personal belongings. We woke up during the robbery and were left traumatized, waiting in fear for the police, who arrived approximately 2 hours later. The next morning, we filed an official police report at the Porto Tourism Police Department. ​The agency failed to take responsibility for this catastrophic security failure and offered no compensation for our stolen goods, only a refund for the accommodation. We were two girls left without identification and personal items, deeply traumatized by the event. ​I am attaching photos of the agency keys the intruder left in the door while fleeing, along with redacted parts of the official police report. Stay here at your own risk, your safety is not guaranteed.

It was clean, well located and well equipped . A lovely touch with the welcome wine and biscuits too.

We ran out of hot water for the 3rd shower one evening.

Great location in the heart of Porto, well equipped kitchen and decent space.

The property was on the ground floor so it was a lot darker than expected from the photos

Nada de ruido eso que estábamos no centro … aparqué sin problema en la misma calle . Encanto o detalle una botella de vino y gallegas, cafés… todo muy limpio .
