The staff were extremely sweet and helpful, they made me feel very welcomed! I extended my stay here and they made sure everything go smoothly. The room was gorgeous, clean and nicely equipped, housekeeping came in to clean the room everyday.

While the location is very convenient to get around Canggu, be aware that since it’s in the centre, night life around there is very active -noises can go up to 3 am or so. The hotel provided earplugs tho!

The hotel is new, location is central and staff hospitality is excellent. The staff transferred me to a better room when I complained about the noise.

The noise coming from the nearby bar made it impossible to sleep. The loud bass can be heard until past midnight. The hotel can improve on the practicality of the room design and furnishings. For example, I think it lacked surfaces where you can put your things like tables or storage, there were no chairs in the room and the bed was too low. The shower had no door and the water leaked into the glass and wooden flooring.

The staff is super nice and friendly, they helped a lot since we arrive. The room is nice and clean.

the room needs to be much more functional, there’s no space for luggage or any bag and the bathroom had a weird chemical smell during all our stay. Shower is not hot at all and there’s no space where to hang clothes to dry after the beach. Anyway we just stayed 2 days in, so was ok
