La Grotta Hotel - Phu Quoc Emerald Bay

The attention to detail in the design of the hotel was excellent. Although, the rooms were small they were beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was of the latest technology and good water power. It made our stay very pleasurable and comfortable. It's unbelievable value for money. Having such a lovely welcome from reception. She's a style icon with her beautiful shoes and dresses although we didn't speak any Vietnamese we managed to communicate through Google. Wonderful beach within easy walking distance

The lack of restaurants and bars

Very close to the beaches, 3 minutes walk. Restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views .

Staff don’t speak any English

Outstanding Service and Memorable Stay. The location is excellent and near to the best beach at Phu Quoc. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is amazing. all new, cleaning is great, very close to the beach and cool stuff

not much places around, grab bike doesnt exist there, much less option of food places compared to the west of island So hotel would be perfect for someone who wants a lot of privacy

We had a great stay in the beautiful, comfortable and quiet grotta with the very friendly and helpful owner Thinh. It’s the only place around with a heart and soul, we think, so it’s definitely recommended.

Some scooter issues, which you can rent, but we always got help and it worked out ok. The standard rooms are not very big, but very beautiful.
