"Very comfortable stay,"

Spacious, well stocked with food items, toiletries and utensils. A Christmas tree was decorated in the lounge which was a lovely touch

A few maintenance issues. Downstairs toilet door sticks badly. Upstairs toilet door no lock.

"Replacment property was excellent, they made it right."

The replacement property was excellent, exceeded all expectations, but we didn't find out it was going to be replaced until 4 pm

Communications through Booking.com could have been better, they thought we booked through AirBnB and we didn't.
