Choco Home & Hostel

I loved the room, the beds are super comfortable, and the private bathroom was very nice to have! Robert was a great host, and was very friendly. It is right in the city, close to everything that you can walk to in Cluj. The balcony with seating, and the kitchen areas are great additions as well. The kitchens are stocked with all cooking equipment, and plates, silverware, glasses, etc.

The only thing I didn't necessarily like was the showers could sometimes be a little bit colder than ideal. It is not a deal breaker, and I will definitely come back again.

The process for check-in was smooth and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It has the washing machine, air dryer and dishes to cook. I liked the size of the rooms and the lockers and nice stay.

Shower a bit cold but manageable. One toilet for females and one for male. Worried if it was busy and everyone needed to go, how we would manage but this wasn't an issue during my stay.

I have returned again after two night stay to this hostel and the guy is lovely and kind. Very helpful and supportive. I had gum surgery and needed elevated sleeping, not allowed to stay with my head down and he accomodated for me with two pillows and an extra blanket. He also made sure to address heating and to be warm and comfortable for me. I am really happy that I came across this hostel because I had a bad experience with previous accommodation somewhere else and I was able to contact Choco Hostel guy and ask if he has a spare bed for two more nights. Thank you for everything and for the warm welcome, care and support.

Shower a little cold, but not too bad for a hostel. One toilet for females and one toilet for males, I don't know the impact that will have during busy bookings, but again not a problem during my stay.
