1. 도로에서 접근성이 좋아 주변의 아씨시, 스펠로 등을 관광하기 좋음. 2. 1층 이어서 정원의 꽃이 잘보이고 아침에 새소리가 들리고 밖의 풍경을 감상하기 좋음 3. 무엇보다 집이 엄청크면서도 깔끔하고, 생활함에 불편함이 없도록 모든게 잘 구비되어있음. 4. 리무콘으로 작동하는 실내 주차장이고, 주차장에서 바로 집으로 올라갈수있는 편리한 구조임. 5. 호스트분과의 소통이 원할하고 매우 친절함. 6. 계속 머무르고 싶고, 다시 오고 싶은 내집 같은 곳임. 7. 최고의 호스트와 최고의 숙소임.

Posizione in luogo silenzioso ed ottima per visitare i luoghi incantevoli dell'Umbria. La villa si trova in una piccola frazione facente parte del comune di Perugia, nei pressi vi è un supermercato ed un bar ove è possibile fare colazione in quanto non prevista. Comunque in struttura sono presenti tutti gli oggetti che possono servire per preparare un'ottima colazione.

Piękny dom usytuowany kilka minut od Perugii. Nocleg zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie, przede wszystkim pod kontem przestronności, wyposażenia i czystości. W apartamencie dostępne było wszystko o czym mogliśmy pomyśleć, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienki. Przy domu garaż na dwa samochody, więc nie ma problemu z prakowaniem nawet dla większej grupy. Bardzo polecamy!

We absolutely loved this place! Spacious wiith wonderful amenities, and very tastefully decorated. We travelled by car and were very close to many sites and beautiful towns. Our hosts were very considerate and helpful. I really hope to return!!

No pool, no view - but we knew that when we booked

Villa Adige (M&M Holiday House) is in a lovely, quiet location with a grocery store within walking distance (50 meters) for your grocery needs. The garage was fantastic to have; the large interior spaces made it so roomy and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and the three bedrooms (we only used 2) with their comfy beds made for great sleeping. The two-way windows all had screens on them (not every home in Europe has them), so they could be left open for fresh air. Each room had it's own AC/Heating unit on the wall for comfort as you needed. There is a washer and dryer available, but we did not use them.

This is not an issue by any means, but if there were several cloth dish towels in the kitchen to dry dishes (if you do not use the dishwasher) or to dry hands after washing them, this would have been nice. Definitely NOT a deal-breaker! There were paper towels provided. One last thing - the master bathroom and it’s lovely shower were nice to use! With the glass walls of the shower, had there had been a squeegee to use to clean off the water (so it wouldn’t spot the glass when it was drying), we would have glady done so.
