"Perfect seaside choice in the quiet place"

The apartment itself is modern, recently built and has everything you need for the vacation stay, even 24/7 shop downstairs. The balcony is the perfect spot to relax, watch planes or sunset We personally enjoyed the location, as it’s 2min away from the beach, plane spotting point, not so crowded and noisy as in the city centrum You can reach city centrum by seaside boulevard with e-scooter in 15mins, enjoy the ride and view
There may not be enough space to fold clothes since there isn't a full-sized closet in the apartment, but this didn't bother us at all, as it actually adds to the feeling of spaciousness

The apartment is really close to the beach, very comfortable for 2 people. There is some room for improvement but overall it was a nice stay.
The apartment is quite far from the city center and main sightseeings of Batumi. They can however be reached both by taxi and public transport.2
