Sauberkeit der Küchenausstattung und Zustand des Apartments. Es ist uns bewusst, dass durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit Gebäude schneller angegriffen werden. Allerdings war der Zustand teilweise grenzwertig und der Geruch von Schimmelentferner oder ähnlichem sehr beißend.
