**Great location.** Supermarkets and cafés are nearby. There are two bedrooms with double beds in separate rooms, plus a sofa bed that’s also comfortable for sleeping. Two TVs, and a dining table in the living room. The kitchen is right by the entrance — not the most convenient layout, but it works fine. The bathroom is small and tidy. One thing to note: the rain shower was barely working at first — most of the holes were clogged, so it sprayed at only about 20%. I cleaned every single hole myself, and now it works like new! Consider it my little gift to this apartment — I’m sure no one else would’ve done it. 😊

The main issue was the host’s attitude in an unexpected situation. The night before our checkout, the electricity was cut off and there was no power the entire night and until 9 a.m. We wake up very early (around 5 a.m.) because of a time difference, and the apartment was completely dark — we couldn’t shower, cook breakfast, or even pack our things properly. I had to run to a nearby hotel just to use Wi-Fi for some urgent travel arrangements. When the power finally came back, I texted the host asking for a late checkout at 13:00 (we would have been fine with 12:00), but got no reply. Around 11:00, the cleaning lady arrived and told us to leave immediately. I showed her my message — she called the host, and I was told that we could stay for one more hour if we left a “good tip” for the cleaner. Later in the evening, I finally received a reply on WhatsApp — which was quite disappointing after such a stressful morning. Honestly, that’s not how hospitality should work. The power outage wasn’t my fault, and I had paid the full price for my stay. It would have been nice if the host showed some understanding and flexibility. Smaller details: – The ceiling on the second floor is only 1.8 m high (I’m 1.9 m, so I walked around like Gandalf in the dwarves’ caves 😄). – The bed in the room with the dresser and drying rack creaks loudly with every move. None of that would’ve mattered much if the communication had been better — I truly liked the apartment itself, but the experience was spoiled by how the situation was handled. In general, I’m thankful for this apartment — we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. If not for the issue with the power outage, I would have gladly given it a 9 or even 10.

Was a clean apartment in a good place. The stuff was friendly. The WiFi was very good.

We had only one towel each, the same for the face, the hands and the body. There was no empty wardrobe for our clothes. No privacy in the rooms.

Location was excellent. Lots of food options close by.

Upstairs was stuffy. Bathroom was small. The drain did not have a cover. Kettle needs upgrading. Lots of calcium build up. Can get noisy at night, busy district.

The location was good. One of the staff because it is a shared location betweeb more people was a good communication.

I asked and begged 3 times before arrival for the apartment to be clean, that was the only request. Then on the day of arrival when we entered we immediately smelled the dampness. When we got to the bed, tired from the journey and walking that day, we saw that nothing had been cleaned, the bedding was left from the previous guests. We found hairs and nails on the pillows and beds and the bedding was visibly dirty with sweat. The floors were all dirty from the previous guests.
