The rooms were spotless and fresh smell.

The desk staff was very rude, didn’t even greater me! Even when I left they didn’t say nothing, no goodbye, no have a good day! Sad because it’s such an amazing hotel!

"Ruime kamers met zicht op de Picovulkaan."

Zeer ruime kamer en gevarieerd ontbijt. Ons als grapje bedoelde verzoek om een foto van een topless Tom Selleck op de kamer te krijgen werd met de glimlach ingewilligd. Het personeel was afwisselend heel attent tot ongeïnteresseerd.

Het hotel was erg goed, maar de pasteis de nata bij het ontbijt konden veel, veel beter! Jammer. De deur van de badkamer was ook bevreemdend zwaar. Niet iedereen van het personeel was even warm en attent.
