Dicht bij het centrum - mooi ingericht - goede bereikbaarheid - aangename host

Er staat een bed in de living, dat is minder prettig als je maar met 2 personen bent want de leefruimte is daardoor beperkt - appartement ligt onder het gelijkvloers, de ruimte is daardoor niet erg licht overdag.
