Love the location and the style .

Didn't like the toilet was so full when we arrived and if we didn't have tissues we wouldn't have anything to use in the toilet.

Was somewhat private and the bed was comfortable once you could get into it.

These units or at least ours, was not intended for commercial purposes. It was showing wear and tear and needed a very deep clean. The stairs to the loft are extremely dangerous (steep, no banister and structure starting to fail) and not for the faint hearted or those less limber. Managed to slip and drop an iPad from the loft and smashed it to pieces … there is absolutely nothing to stop you falling. Was looking forward to wondering around the garden but the sprinklers were on our entire stay so inaccessible. Couldn’t get access until late afternoon as room hadn’t been prepared for us. Got in touch with the owner who kindly got it sorted as soon as possible, but forced us to drive elsewhere and check in late in the afternoon.

Loved the garden . Spent multiple times wandering around it . Wanted to try a tiny loft house. Really appreciated John giving me some water lilies. Made our trip .

Bed was comfy We have stayed in your other model with bed on floor , so just wanted to experience the loft bed. Not for us I'm afraid. Loved the wee cheese platter and treats 😍 It's the small things 😍

Steps into tiny are way to high ..need another to be safe. Dish liquid was just about empty..hasn't been checked for a while. No tongs for cooking Need a drain tray to put under the dish rack when washing dishes Rubbish bags were rubbish..to thin ..had to get a better bag from cafe. Head board upstairs could have been painted or stained to look finished. No smoke alarm on the wall....found it in the cupboard. Needed another we table to eat at . No rubbish bin liner in bathroom and some rubbish still in bin. Body wash drips out and looks like the shower hasn't been cleaned. Shower didn't drain very well..pulled the plug out and it was disgusting..full of hair..I left it out to be cleaned. As the fridge did not have an ice box...I couldn't freeze my ice bricks for my chilly bin ...maybe could add in your book if guests do have ice bricks..they could drop them at Cafe to freeze. Instructions on how to use the wee hot plate . Suggestion...recycling bin for rubbish close to tiny house...compost bin for food stuff too. Sorry these are just things I think could improve your establishment 🙂

Good to be able to experience tiny house living.

Lots of traffic noise as right next to main SH between dunedin and queenstown. Could have been a lot cleaner. Lots of little things that weren't that great e.g. shower not draining properly so needed a clean out by hosts, promises at start of stay that sheets/towels would get changed halfway through stay. Towels got changed 1.5 days before departure, sheets didn't get changed at all. Were told to leave rubbish outside the house but when we got back at end of day it was still there so we had to drop off to hosts. No separate bins to separate rubbish. Sink in bathroom virtually unusable due to super small size. Using it would have meant flooding the bathroom floor. We would not stay there again.
