Location, quality of furniture, washing machine and dryer, kitchen.
There is no air conditioning in these apartments. When we booked the place, we specifically applied the air conditioning filter, but there is none. The device that is there is definitely not an air conditioner and does not cool the room at all — it works more like a regular fan with a humidifying function. When we made the booking, we were counting on having proper air conditioning.

Nice big apartment with all facilities, pity no sign of a garden or air conditioning
The euro 60 cleaning charge, almost the cost of an extra night. And it's hidden down with the extras, which you don't see when you are comparing properties And it's on a noisy street cirner

"Siena center was a walk up the street. The apartment was dark so not a place to spend much of the day."

The two bathrooms, one with a tub. The kitchen was big and operable. Nice size place. Very clean.
Location on corner of two streets. Noice from street. Dark. No extra toilet paper, no paper towels. We were told we had to buy our own.

Expansive & comfortable apartment with everything you need facilities wise. Ideally located adjacent to the "old city" area, with only a short walk to cafes / restaurants / supermarket and the main tourist attractions.
Could do with instructions(in English) for the clothes dryer. 30 Euro cleaning fee / person (do 2 people make twice as much cleaning up as 1 person?).
