"Style over substance."

Location was great for exploring the city. Comfortable beds. Great Wifi connection.

A bit 'style over substance'. The property 'looks great' on the surface, but needs a bit of an overhaul. Curtains which fit windows properly would be a GREAT start, as would scrubbing away paint stains from floors. I had initial issues getting in with the key code, and hosts mobile number being unavailable, eventually this was sorted with a new code via the app messaging service. Dishwasher didn't work. Shower cubical needs maintenance with on/off handle being loose and broken handle to get in/out. A deep clean is needed to remove dust from fake plants, ledges and skirting boards. The location albeit super handy, is in a very busy area of the Lanes, near two pubs, which are VERY noisy at night. The age of the building does not permit decent glazing, so take ear plugs!

"Awfull"

Nothing.

No working lights! Heating not adjustable (set 36° hottest day of the year) boiler on continuously. No working smoke alarm (legally needed) or monoxide detector. Strongly suspect as a family we had monoxide poisoning. Used condom wrappers in the bed room, so not cleaned thoroughly. Unable to make contact with hosts who have the phone turned off and unable to leave messages. Their idea of immediately is over 48 hours later. Curtains don't fit windows up or down stairs. Mould formi g in bathroom as extraction fan not working. Dont use, awfull. Booking.com also useless.

"Basics need fixing! It could then be much more pleasant stay"

Location was excellent, decor good, beds comfy

No hot water, several messages later & phone call got it sorted. No WIFI. No bottle opener, can opener, baking trays, kitchen plug, no kitchen linen, cutains far too small in bedroom so stayed light whole time,no smoke alarm. Tricky to park nearby. Very noisy opposite pub.

"Great quirky property.Ideal location."

Locality was great. Great use of space. Decor was great in terms of colours and furnishings. Quirky mews house.

The finishings where not great. Such a great home let down by what seems lack of attention to finishings. Headboards not attached. Curtains not wide enough to keep out light. Leaking shower pipe. No instructions for boiler which you had to remove part of wall to get to plug to turn on. Seemed like a rushed job. And sadly was the only thing to let down what we thought was an great property.Which if these things where sorted would of been an ideal property & stay.
