عدم التقيد بالحجز وتغيير الغرف المحجوزة ومحاولة تقليصها من غرفتين الا غرفة واحدة وتقليص عدد الاسره دون سبب واضح والتعذر أن المشكلة ليست منهم ولخبطه في الترتيبات الخاصة بالفندق
