"Best place I've stayed in Vietnam"

This place is a gem in Cat Ba. The dorm is new and modern with a clean bathroom, comfortable bed and decent sized lockers to store your belongings. I was the only guest in my room so it was very quiet and relaxing. It's really close to the port where all the boat tours go from. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, they sorted my laundry, helped me to hire a scooter and organised my transport to Hanoi. Would highly recommend! One of the nicest hostels I've stayed in in SE Asia!!

Trans house was amazing, family run business, who greeted us with warm smiles on arrival. Rooms are clean, spacious, nice showers, tv with Netflix and YouTube. Perfect place to relax for a few days. Location close to the beach so we could get some drinks and food. Helpful with scooter hire and general knowledge of cat ba. We accidentally left our go pro on check out and the team kept it safe and kept in a safe place so we could pick it up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

"Good short accommodation with pool"

Good room and location with pool to splash when it’s hot

The pool is small. Go early it’s fine but afternoon with kids . No so much space to enjoy
