It was easy to get parked at the front if the property

The place was dirty when we arrived. There was toe nails in one of the beds so bedding obviously hadn't been changed since the previous guest. The drawers in the kitchen were dirty inside, all of the fridge shelves were broken making it very difficult to store any decent amount of food, wardrobes still had clothes from either the owner or a previous guest and the bathroom drawers also had somebody else's belongings in them. The utility room seems to be being used as storage for the owner. The double bed in the blue room is very, very soft (which i know is a personal preference for some). The house itself feels like it could do with some tlc as there is some paint coming off the walls, a damp ceiling patch in the main bedroom and holes in the walls with elctrical cables hanging out of them. The front garden area is very overgrown, and there was a very strong smell of dog poo as soon as you open the front door which was there for our entire stay.

Lovely 3 bed house, with all the amenities needed, making it feel like a home from home set within a quiet estate, convenient location for what we needed. Pet friendly & child friendly The beds are very comfortable . Parking right outside WiFi availability In all rooms, keeping the kids happy.

Just needs to finish off some minor cosmetic decor bits. No biggy.
