"Superb"

the apartments are located between Nettuno and Anzio. you can reach the center of these cities in 10-15 minutes. there is also a bus stop nearby. the beach is near — very convenient. The apartments are clean with comfortable beds and necessary appliances and dishes. I liked the capsule coffee machine.

"Exceptional"

The location is perfect. You can leave the house and go to the sea immediately. You can rent sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach in front of the house. Walking distance to Nettuno and Anziyo centre. There is everything you need in the house. Giorgio is a helpful host. I would like to stay here again. I strongly advice.

"Nice location for a night."

Gorgeous location right on the beach. Well appointed studio appartment with sofa bed and two singles (we slept in the sofa bed we unfolded as the singles weren't made and could not be used). Comfy sofa bed. Lovely to have dinner / breakfast on the balcony with view / sound of the sea.

Unfortunately, right next door is a cocktail bar which plays music from 8:15am (really) until at least 11pm (at which point we put in ear plugs and went to bed). Not crazy loud, but enough to dispell any sense of serenity and if we had been there for more than one night, it would certainly have been more than mildly irritating.
