Great appartments, super spacious and very well kept premises with a lovely pool. Staff was extremely helpful and the owner speaks perfect English. Easy walk to the beach & shops/restaurants in the area. Highly recommend for a nice stay in Goa.

Quiet, clean, efficient and friendly management. Spacious rooms with balcony. Comfortable, large bed.

Only 2 of every basic utensil given. Kitchen furnishings could be slightly more generous: utensils, washrags, dish towels, etc.

Absolutely fantastic fine to stay in this beautiful property, Allen and his team are amazing ..we also enjoyed the party to celebrate the hotels year in business and we can’t wait to stay again next year …Fabulous

Room is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. It’s 5 minutes from the beach and good restaurants. Allen is amazing with his hospitality. Helped us get a scooter for our stay and suggested some good restaurants to go to. Checked in regularly to make sure we are comfortable or if we need anything. Pool area is lovely.
