Such a beautiful and clean apartment, the host was very nice and flexible with our requests.

Lovely appartment, spacious, AC is very good, kitchen is very nice, and hospitality by Olivier was great when we arrived, a very nice person indeed (I didn't get to meet Vitalina in person but she also seemed nice via our messages) Me and my parents really enjoyed it, I would definitely book again if I ever come to Alicante again.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say to make it clear that the parking that is mentioned as included on booking is a separate public one that is close to the appartement, and not actually in the appartement building itself. Then again, this wasn't a big deal I just thought to add it as feedback as it may help others in the future.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Location was excellent, very quiet and a short 15/20 minute walk to beach and restaurant district. Apartment is outside the Castle and very close to the bus stop from the Airport and also very close to a Tram Station. The treats left out by Olivier and Vitalina were very welcome who also answered any queries promptly.

Nice and modern, great location. Just a ten minute walk from the Mercado. Lovely touch leaving us a bottle of cava, thank you!

Host is helpful and nice person. Apartment is really nice, well positioned and very clean. I would certanly recommend this appartment.

Very friendly host(s), perfect and seamless communication. The flat was spacey, had everything that was necessary for our group of 5 to enjoy the stay. It's right below the castle hill, also 15 mins walk from Postiguet beach, 10 mins to the market, 15 to the city center.

One little minus is that the largest room is just next to a rather busy street, so closing the windows was necessary. It's a really minor thing though.

Strong moldy smell in the bathroom.

The location turned out to be perfect for being close to city and to the beach and to the castle! Lovely neighborhood with cafes and local market nearby. The apartment was very spacious and had a great setting. Olivier was very supportive and kind, he definitely cares about his guests! Viralina, a cleaning lady, is precious too!

The only thing was old pan, no olive oil (maybe previous guests used it all) and smell of pipes (but it’s common in Spain, so not a - to an owner)
