The apartment only has skylight windows and lacks ventilation. The kitchen and utensils are modest.

The property is located in the city center and yet provides private parking without extra charge.

The room is decorated in modern looks but several things are still missing e.g. no cutting board and cutting knife are provided, working space at kitchen area is quite limited and dark, shower faucet, bathroom mirror and watch basin are quite high and not proper for the ones who are shorter than 160 cm. etc. The property is not appropriate for old age people as it is quite dark and have some steps to be aware.

Convinient Parking. Easy check-in and check-out. Spacious appartment. Nice recomendation for restaurant to have a dinner.

We couldn"t find Wi-Fi. We use our mobile one.

We arrived much earlier than expected, but our host, Claudio, was on hand to see us in. He was very helpful and approachable, and showed us round the apartment. He even recommended a very good local restaurant, Cantina Senese, and a good bar for breakfast nearby. The apartment, on the second floor with lift access, was clean, well appointed and very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Secure parking. We will definitely book this apartment again when we are next in Livorno.

There was no wifi, but Claudio assured us it is on a list of things to do.

Great location, quiet street but less than 10 minutes from sea front and lots of nice restaurants. The apartment decor is lovely, and it feels special. The air-conditioning was extremely effective and also very quiet. The bathroom was spotless with a great shower. Our host was great, he was very helpful and gave us good recommendations. It's clear the host takes a pride in their property and the service they provide.
