Pasadena Old Town village

Location, privacy, very comfortable bedding. Really a great place.

Toilet was auto flush, so it flushed even if you used it for a seat. Need a way to turn off toilet seat heater and auto flush. Bathroom nightlight would also help.

Parviz, the manager, was exceptionally kind and accommodating.

For the purposes of my trip to Pasadena the apartment was exceptional, within walking distance to the venue Pasadena convention center, it was clean and very spacious and had all the amenities of home Thank you for the hospitality and opportunity to stay at your place!!

The convenience

This is a very charming little place. Well appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen that has sharp knives ( a rarity), cutting board, all kinds of pots and pans, cutlery, cups, lots of spices, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lovely little balcony, good sized dining room table, roomy shower and toilet with heated seat, which flushes automatically(!) Shampoo and body wash provided, as was laundry soap. It's like they thought of everything you might need, and provided it. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and so were the pillows. You'll sleep soundly. It's on the main road, which isn't busy, so it was quiet. Note: it's behind a dental office. You need to enter by following the driveway on the left side of the house to the parking lot in the back, and continuing around to the far side of the house where the entrance is. The entrance directly in back, facing the parking lot, is NOT the one - it's the door further around the corner, on the left side when you face the house from the lot.

Not much that I didn't like. The balcony door lock didn't work. I'm not sure that's a security issue, but I would suggest cutting a piece of wood to position in the sliding door so it can't be opened when the wood is in place.

Had everything you could need from multiple towels to dishes to washing machines and detergent and close parking. Great Location and great price and cold AC! Plus a cat 🐈‍⬛!

The location, the cleanliness, the functionality of the electronics (especially the heated toilet), the thoughtfulness of all the items in the apartment, the accommodation of the host.

Clean, quiet, spacious, comfy, good AC and fans, great kitchen, w/d, wonderful host, and perfect location.
