Access to key required sending passport photos of all guests and because we came from overseas my phone was off and I didn’t realize that was needed until we got there. Had to turn my data roaming on to sort things out but the host was very responsive. Access roads are extremely narrow and difficult to maneuver.

We absolutely loved the home and how clean it was! The view from this room is absolutely breathtaking! Everything was there that we needed.

Unfortunately the place is difficult to find. The host was very nice at giving us directions to the place, but it was late at night and hard to locate. The roads are very, very small and narrow too.

The house has a beautiful view of the lake.

The location was very far away from Como, and the drive was difficult with narrow roads with lots of traffic. The house was good size, but has barely adequate facilities to make it comfortable to stay. The lounge/living area has 1 very dim light in the evening and you could barely see. Either the other lights did not work or did not have light bulbs in them). There were mosquitoes in the house and the darkness made the place very uncomfortable all night. In the kitchen, we found a large puddle of water, possibly from some drainage problem of the dishwasher. The house did not have aircon and had to keep the windows/doors shut in order to keep the mosquitoes out. It was the worst house rental ever for a holiday, and it was a real shame as Lake Como is so beautiful.

Owner need to be contacted thru whatsapp and need to send passport copy upon checkin. Direction will not be given to the exact location of the property until owner recieved the document and need to watch all whatsapp video to get clear instruction how to find and access the property. Parking can only accomodate 1 car and the public car park is always full and far from the accomodation site.
