Die Dame ist super sympathisch. Frühstück war gut und umfangreich, super Cappuccino. Unterkunft und Bad sehr sauber. Sehr fexibel mit Check-in Uhrzeiten, sind um 21:00 angekommen.

La limpieza

Mala calidad de trato, insatisfacción en el trato. Detalló: La Sra. de recepción me humilló, me dijo que nunca había viajado, que ella me hacía un favor, lo que afectó negativamente mi experiencia (incluso tengo mensajes a familiares y amigos donde reportó este acontecimiento en el periodo que tomé este alojamiento). No suficiente con eso, hoy a las 10.24 pm, (más de 16.5 hrs que hice mi check out) me hostigan y acusan sin pruebas que dañe una mesa (cuando deje su alojamiento dieron su conformidad que todo quedo ok).

Al lado de la Arena de verona, super céntrico. La habitación es grande y a la cama muy cómoda. Florence un encanto,te trae croissant recien hechos para desayunar y te prepara el café con una sonrisa

Todo me gustó.

Tutto ,esperienza negativa, mai piu in quel b&b è una betola di casa con altre persone estrane,occhio quando prenotate, io ho pagato in anticipo poi booking mi ha rimborsato,sono scappata perché si è accessa subito una discussione con la donna delle pulizie ,meno male che c'erano posti in un ottimo hotel e mi sono salvata il wichend...
