"Uncomfortable and dull"

I liked the location of the caravan

The caravan was very dated with extremely uncomfortable beds. Only 1 hob worked and the shower trickled out making it difficult to wash. The hosts where good and very informative but seal bay wernt as helpful. We never received out welcome email with our gate code to get in or a link to buy entertainment passes. After a trip to reception they sent the link but our reference never worked so we couldn't obtain entertainment passes which ruined the weekend abit

was a good price, and close to my destination and my querys were answered promptly.

Address is misleading, we spent half an hour trying to find it, and ten minutes trying to gain access to another van with the same number,its actually in the Links.cups were a little dirty and the double bed in the lounge couldn't be used as the table is in the way, so my granddaughters had to sleep on the settees, plus a bit of hand soap in the bathroom would have been nice.
