DEA - Boutique Loft in the City Center

It was a terrible experience! First night we came a few cockroaches jumped around the kitchen. The smell from the bathroom was terrible! We found another place and left the next day. Don’t go there unless you like extreme experiences!

l’endroit semblait bien malgré une cuisine assez chargée. Et voilà qu’au soir nous voyons plusieurs blattes sortir de partout dans la cuisine! Le cauchemar. Nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits mais finalement y sommes restés moins de 24h

Worst property water was leakubg property description was totally wrong I was there with the family and water leakage in the bathroom which was not fixed .Cocroaches all around the house .property air conditioning was not working

The property described in the website was totally false it was pathetic . Recommend people not to choose this property .

The location was excellent, and the beds, including the mattresses and pillows, were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, access to the apartment was quite challenging. The process through the app was unnecessarily complicated, and even using the key itself wasn’t straightforward. The main door access via the app was especially confusing, considering a single key could have simplified things greatly. The apartment was generally clean at first glance, but we were concerned to find mold in the shower—particularly on the ceiling, where it was quite extensive. Additionally, the cleanliness of the shower glass, as well as some of the cups and glasses in the kitchen, was questionable. Overall, it’s a great location with a comfortable setup, but there are definitely some issues with cleanliness and accessibility that should be addressed.

Communication via WhatsApp prior to arrival & during stay was good. The apartment is in a convenient location for the Train station & historic centre. It has 2 spacious double bedrooms, a nice lounge & 2 balconies. However, there was no table or chairs to enable us to use the outdoor space for anything other than drying clothes. There was also nowhere to hang clothes in the second bedroom as the large wardrobe was designated as private space.

There was black mold above the shower in the bathroom and, as the bathroom was located off the kitchen with poor ventilation this meant that there was a slightly unpleasant odour in the kitchen. The kitchen was cluttered with utensils & crockery but we could only find 4 water glasses & 2 small wine glasses. The apartment is noisy until late at night as on a busy road & also poor sound insulation with other apartments in the building.
