Loved that parking was free and onsite. 5 minutes from Pisa and 5 minutes from the train station. Cafe under the apartment was good enough

The host was very responsive throughout our stay. Entry to the unit is via keypad which was convenient for our group. The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the apartment easily slept six people. Street parking was available. Convenience of having breakfast at the local cafe downstairs included.

Whilst there was a dishwasher and a washing machine no dishwasher pads or a small sachet of washing powder was provided.

Everything you need in an apartment is there. We enjoyed our stay of 1night there. The breakfast in the cafe next to it was an added bonus.

We didn’t get the key codes as it was sent to email last two hrs before we arrived and we were too busy travelling trying to get to the place instead of checking emails. It was confusing where we should go or how to get in which caused a bit of panicking while we stranded outside in the rain. Good that host responded to text quickly and we managed to get in before giving up.

Amazing and thoughtful bnb - perfect for the wet weather we had as has everything we needed and large space! Nicest accomodatiom we have had in italy 😊

Absolutely phenomenal place for a family stay. The apartment is cozy, beautifully designed with excellent taste and attention to detail. The host, Fabio, is incredibly friendly, responsive, and thoughtful - surprising us with small gifts that truly enhanced the experience. Thank you, Fabio!

Like boutique hotel - excellent beds, good sound isolation, we slept like babies. And it’s really nice inside too (look at photos!). Free and easy parking on street below…

We are young but old people warning - 15 minutes to Arno, plus 10 minutes to the famous tower (more or less, we didn’t hurry). Not close and not far - the road is straightforward but if you want to be in the center center you will pay more money for less (look at the map and decide).

The welcome gift was a nice touch and the free breakfast was great. There was a corner cafe that had a good variety of drinks and food. There were restaurants near the apartment which were great too and the grocery store was close. There are a couple of bus stops nearby that are only a few minutes and you can get anywhere in town or take the walk (about 30 minutes) to the tower which we did after our breakfast. We took the bus from Pisa Central and it dropped us off right around the corner. Only about 5-10 minutes bus ride and a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. There were plenty of plates and utensils for my family of 6 and plenty of space for us. Water was warm during our showers and overall a pleasant experience. The host provided different options for food and was also very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

The noise outside at night, but expected on the weekend. Still was able to get a goodnight sleep.

Easy and seamless self check in. Very neat and clean apartment with all facilities.
