Air conditioning wasn’t working, so apartment was really cold

Very clean and big place

Bedroom Tv to small and not good quality. Kitchen missing few things as, tray to oven, big cutlers to cook or serving people, microwave

The apartment was perfect for our one night stay in Messina. Check in was smooth & easy & the apartment was in a great location for exploring the city with bars & restaurants close by.

Plenty of room for two couples and all amenities needed.

The place was clean including the bathroom, but in the shower when you opened the door there was a really bad smell, which I guess is a sewerage issue that is not pleasant AT ALL.....disgusting to be honest which was something that distracted from this otherwise simple, but practical and affordable accommodation.

The owner is very polite. Even though we arrived late, he did not mind and handed over the key himself. The location of the house is central. The apartment door and the door of the house are very safe. The house does not have a private parking lot. However, there are free parking spaces on the streets around the house. We had no problems. The facility is new and very useful. A spacious house.

Location is the best you can find in Messina, close to everything! Spacious and modern apartment, fully equipped, safe even at the ground floor and the host is great. Fully air-conditioned and hot water available all day.

The flat had a smell of "a closed appartment" when we entered and that was the only reason for not giving a higher mark. I believe the flat needs to be ventilated more often.
