It was very spacious, modern, and the views were beautiful which brought in the natural lighting. You get views from every room you are in and the wrap around balcony was spectacular!

The parking was very expensive, we paid $100 per night, we have Mercedes Benz sprinter, it fits in one parking spot, but the clearance is high, so they parked our car on first floor and charged $200, per 2 nights, it is very expensive.

The place was good; the view was amazing day and night. and the amenities were really nice and clean. The beach was so nice and clean; I loved that we had two lounge chairs, an umbrella, and towels for the entire visit.

I would recommend that the owner follow up with the cleaning crew. I'm not sure if she is aware of this, but the shower floors were filthy. A lot of black stuff, like mold or fungus, was growing on the tiles around the floor. It was gross—both showers. Also, the fan was constantly running. I couldn't turn it off at all. I think a few complimentary coffee pods in the room would be very helpful, even if it is only for the first day only. While we get the groceries we need.

Elevator situation is difficult. Long waits this time of year. Front desk is understaffed for this time of year but very cordial. The valet folks especially the gentlemen running the valet at the lobby is just plain rude. Beach staff were very pleasant.

The hotel had a lot of rules which are fine but you get a fine for lots of things. When going to the beach you had to walk down the beach to use the hotel chairs. There was other hotel chairs right out side the beach walkway. Kinda weird. Our place was nice but lacked some essentials. More toilet paper, paper towels, plastic garbage bags,pot holders and pans to cook. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

It was very spacious and clean. The convenience of having a kitchen when bringing family on vacation was nice. Literally minutes from the Hollywood Broadwalk which was way more fun and family friendly. The balcony access from every room was great!

The location is at the corner of a busy intersection and even on the 38th floor with all the windows shut you can still hear the traffic. There are 2 remotes for every TV and the one in the king bed suite didn't work unless you got really close to the TV. The lights in the double bed rooms didn't come on with the switch, it did nothing honestly. We tried turning the lights on manually and then flipping the switch. Nothing. We also noticed the touch screen microwave wasn't working and the dishwasher isn't mounted so when you open it, it just tips right forward. These weren't deal breakers but honestly should have been disclosed. Just misleading. The first day we were there going to walk out and explore, there was a man who was standing in the driveway of the hotel and started screaming at my family and yelling profanity at my kids. My husband almost lost it on him, but the man proceeded to walk into the hotel and walked around. He was under the influence of something, and no one on staff was trying to intervene. It's just an awful start to a family vacation. When we were about to step on the elevator Saturday morning, the power in the entire building went out for almost 30 full seconds. We were on the 38th floor and terrified to get on the elevator after that. No one said a word or apologized. They just pretended like it didn't happen. I know they were aware of it because maintenance was in the lobby and they were talking about it. The hotel beach hut for our hotel was not right near the hotel. We had to walk half a mile down the beach to find it. The guys at the hut right in front of our hotel were rude and unhelpful. Why would the hotels beach hut not be right in front of the Hotel? Upon checkout the woman was less than friendly, didn't ask about our stay or apologize for the power outage that happened literally mins prior. She didn't thank us for staying or engage in anyway.
