When we were on our way to Midrand I received a WhatsApp telling me that smartz apartment 312 is not available due to plumbing problems. We were not very happy as there was no time to search for other accommodation and we took what they offered us with the promise they moved us there as soon as the problem was fixed. The apartment was small with no dining area only a breakfast nook with two dirty chairs. The cutlery was dirty with no knives. No smoking allowed but someone's vape was in the drawer with the cutlery. A dirty sponge to wash the dishes. And there was a price difference of about R700 and no refund. This was really a bad experience.
