Noisy main restaurant

Lovely outdoor area, everything we could have needed for use in the kitchen was provided. Lovely little welcome basket also provided.

The owner was very helpful. Great location for visiting the local areas.

It looked like something had been spilt on the sofa previously which made the smell in the caravan very unpleasant.

Close to ferry terminal & caravan well located on site near to reception & pools

Caravan a little dated &, given the Haven weekly rate, appeared quite expensive for one night

Was reasonable for the price if a larger family to use as a base

The caravan was very tired. Bathroom door could only be closed on a latch as the door frame was all swollen and rotten. The bathroom, especially the shower, was in need of a deep clean. General damp/fustiness smells.

The van was clean and even had few extras like toilet roll soap etc. Owner went out of their way to accommodate our needs

Could not use the shower far too hot and temp could not be turned down.

Suited us perfectly - was for a one night stay for somewhere to sleep as were at the BIC in Bournemouth for the Cheerleading competition so we were only really there long enough to sleep and didn't use any of the park facilities. Suited us perfectly for what we were looking for and would book again
