R31 Ráday Apartment

The property looks stylish and cosy. I love the decor and the details. We get all the information needed to get in and there were lots of places to get groceries and food near by. There were enough blankets, towels, sheets, hot water when we arrived, lots of utensils in the kitchen.

I didn’t like that the owner controled our air conditioner. Since we were with a 2 year old and it was very cold outside, and additionally the air conditioner is on the second floor it was almost impossible to heat the first floor, and we left the heating on (at 26 degrees) so it is warm when we get back, and it was off every day. Our child slept on the first floor since we thought it is more safe.

Spacious, clean and well equipped Studio Apartment in a great location with bars, restaurants and a supermarket right on the doorstep yet the apartment was quiet and secure. The host provided all the information and was very helpful especially when the online registration failed to work The location of the apartment is excellent for visiting the main areas of the city with Kalvin tér metro station just a 10min walk away

Shower was only a hand held and not fixed to the wall

The apartment is in a great location, a walking distance from city center and also close to public transportation. The room was very clean and cozy, the beds were nice and the bathroom comfortable.

There were hand towels missing from the kitchen and bathroom. Also, would recommend having more cleaning supplies for the kitchen (such as a counter rag or more trash bags), and more toilet paper.

Keep Some snacks and one clock.

The house was great! It was comfortable and good location. The host's communication was very good. Also really safe place for solo travellers.

There is a washing machine at home. But there was no laundry detergent for the washing machine. I had to buy it. But everything else was great.

The location is great. Quiet building, no noise.The host is excellent, everything is well explained, without any problems

Please note that the apartment is on the ground floor. Anyone can see you in the kitchen because there are no curtains in that area. The heating is very bad. The air conditioner does not work well and heats the upper floor, and the living room was quite cold because there is no radiator in it, and the warm air does not come from the air conditioner.

Perfect location.

Weird water smell in the bathroom. But apparently this is very normal in these old buildings.
