ININThe staff are super attentive and hospitable, and it's 5-10 mins from BKC which is convenient. The apartments are well equipped with amenities, and it's comfortable and spacious.
The bathroom floor did not dry, even after overnight. This needs to be solved. One of the lifts was not operational, which for a building with 9+ floors can create hassles.

INOur stay at Z Bliss was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had booked a Deluxe Queen Room for 2 nights, and to our surprise, the setup was like a 2 BHK apartment with a hall, kitchen and two bedrooms. I had booked a room with a private bathroom, but later realised that the bathroom was located just opposite the room rather than inside. Thankfully, it was exclusively reserved for us, so it wasn’t an issue. The food, however, was not up to the mark. I really hope they work on improving the taste. The complimentary breakfast had very limited options as well. Room service was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location can feel a bit crowded, but that’s quite common in Mumbai. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement in the food section.
The private bathroom was not attached to the room. The food quality was not up to the mark. Very limited options in the complimentary breakfast.
