Great value for money would definitely and will be staying again Beds were really clean and comfortable

Maybe Previous people who stayed we're a little disrespectful and didn't respect the property

Very dusty everywhere, spent half the day cleaning, lack of kitchen utensils, cooking family dinner was difficult. Dirty patio. Definitely over priced for the condition. Photos are very miss leading definitely would go else where next time. No TV in any bedrooms

The beds were really comfortable, and the bedrooms generally quite spacious. The house had everything we needed (although lacking in sharp knives and spoons!) and seated the 4 of us comfortably.

Parking wasn't great, but that's the design of the street, and the neighbours were noisy first thing in the morning (drilling and hammering from 7.30 each morning) sounding like they were working in the house itself. Even went downstairs to check the first morning...

Location is close to shops & the Seafront. Good working kitchen. For the price it was good.

The side door is broken and it's always open and we can see all the rubbish not tidied up towards the back, it was everywhere on the ground. The gray rubbish bin was full as we first arrive in the property. The bathroom looked updated except that the toilet seat was quite wobbly. It was disappointing that the bedsheet in the other double bedroom was full of black hair. We had to find clean bedsheets to cover it up. We think it was not washed or cleaned, so we were unsure if the duvet cover & the pillow cases were clean as well. But the other double bedroom bedsheets was clean. The dining table wobbled as well.There are wet marks on the coffee table, broken mirror / glass under the the stairs....apart from that we had a good stay...designated parking was good. Happy with kitchen...we cleaned the bathroom, kitchen as we left the property.

It was so relaxing and nice stay. House was comfortable with a great location. We enjoyed a lot and definitely would go back again. Had no problem with anything at all

I booked this last minute for my father and his friends. They were very happy with the property. It was comfortable and very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cozy 3 bedroom house. Communication was superb between conversations. Our stay was flawless. Cracking location 5 min drive from the beach and supermarkets. It's a lovely home sweet home for any length of time. Spacious throughout. Parking wasn't great however 2 min walk to the car. No problem at all with our stay. It made our weekend with family in Neath a lovely memory. We will definitely return again when we next go down! The house has been modernised compared to the pics. Thank you so much for our 1st experience ❤️ 100% recommend this property 😊

Beds were really comfy, plenty of room. Location near the beach, my grandchildren loved it.

The interiors
