Estudio 31 Frente al Mar by Molinaptos

This was a lovely little studio apartment very clean and modern with a beachfront location giving excellent views and just a few minutes walk from the picturesque Old Town. Communications with Bárbara before and during our stay were excellent and we would stay here again.

The entrance to the car park is not easy to spot when driving past.

My husband and I stayed there for 10 days. The studio is exactly as pictured. It has a wonderful view of the Mediterranean from the front windows and was exceptionally clean. It’s in a great location to both of the amazing beaches as well as old town, we walked everywhere. Barbara met us when we arrived and was extremely helpful with questions we had about getting around in Benidorm. She also had some great recommendations about restaurants. There is a folding table and chairs that have been added to the studio, which was quite helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Both Barbara and Ricardo were so helpful helping me to park my car and settle in. They made me feel so welcome. The apartment is literally just a 5 minute walk to the old town

Gorgeous, cosy, studio apartment across the road from the beach. Newly refurbished to a very high standard, clean & modern. Comfy bed, comfy couch where you can sit & people watch. Open the large windows & listen to the sound of the ocean. I was there for the last night of Benidorm festival & watched the fireworks from the balcony. Located at the Poniente beach end of Benidorm, although plenty of bars & restaurants in walking distance, about 10 minutes from the old town, it is not noisy apart from the sound of crashing waves. I was met by the owner for the handover of the keys, just let him know what time you’re arriving & he is there to greet you. Another bonus is the free attached car parking facility, would highly recommend..
