As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current government-issued ID before arrival, for the check-in details to be sent, we only need to show your full name and photo. Guests who are not registered on the reservation are not allowed to enter. Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00. Parties or "Quiet Gatherings" are not allowed. Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, thus providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. Upon your arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your meter to monitor the above point. Upon your arrival, we will ask for a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded). A deposit may be required at the property.
