You get to the apartment and you have to wait for long to be checked in thats so unprofessional.if you go outside the building security guys are the one who supposed to open the gate for you in that case still you will wait for long on the gate imagine if you get robbed while waiting for the security guy.i always get nice places where ever I go but this one was the worst place ever

Good location and space

The service provider running the accommodation, did not make up the room properly when I arrived. The Linnen was old and torn. I had no pillow cases the first night (only after continually complaining they supplied them on day 2) the pillows (with no covers) were old and dirty and there were blood stains on the one pillow. The bed was also broken. The apartment was also not cleaned very well.

Location and staff

The bed in the small bedroom had broken base straps/pieces. This was not good for the circulation in body as result feet swelled up.

We were not advised that we would have to go up three levels by stairs with our heavy lugguage to our apartment!! Not fun at all. The freezer was not working properly and every time you opened it up it stank as if a dead rat died in there :(. The ice cubes were not frozen so could not make a drink (it was hot that day). The pillows were awful, it was as if there were cotton balls shuffed into the pillow cases. The wifi at one stage did not work, the plug was 'playing up'. But the property management Propr were very helpful and efficient.
