Nice location, can see the bridge directly. The big place, has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a dining hall.

1. The department is old and having the wood floor, the noise is so loud when stepping on it. The noise from other rooms can also be heard clearly because the sound insulation is so poor. You can hear other people talking clearly through the wall, which caused me hard to fall asleep during nights, especially when it was late. 2. There is no conditioner in the bathroom and the quality of the shampoo and hand gel are low. The shower room does not have a door, the water would sprinkle all over the bathroom. 3. The pest control was not doing so well, as I have found so many live bugs and a mosquito full of blood. The worst thing was that I found a very very big cockroach in the sink, it was making me scared of it.The house keeper said it is not regarding the hygiene but I really did not know and only to hope the hygiene is good.

L'appartement mal insonorisé avec les parties communes de l'immeuble. Mais cependant l'immeuble et le quartier sont calmes ;-)

Właściciel bardzo kontaktowy, poświęcił swój czas na przekazanie najważniejszych informacji o użytkowaniu mieszkania, podpowiedział jakie atrakcje turystyczne znajdziemy w pobliżu. Lokalizacja -dzielnica jako miejsce b. spokojna, cicho i klimatycznie, oraz idealne jako baza wypadowa do innych miasteczek. Mieszkanie czyste w tym kuchnia dobrze wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne elementy do przygotowania posiłków.

Bardzo przestronny i wygodny apartament, piękny widok z balkonu, bardzo czysto. Ciepłe przyjęcie przez gospodarza, który także podzielił się praktycznymi wskazówkami dotyczącymi miasta. Chętnie tu wrócę.

Ruime en van alle gemakken voorziene (wasmachine, vaatwas, strijkijzer etc) appartement. Ook is het schoon. Twee aparte kamers met goede bedden. Bij aankomst ligt er water en koffie (en wijn voor de liefhebber) verzorgd door de gastheer. De locatie is in het mooie Belem. In de buurt is er gratis parkeren.

L'accueil, la propreté, les espaces, le confort et la vue. Des équipements complets (fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux) et internet fiable et puissant.

A localização era muito bom por não ser uma área turística. Entretanto, em razão disto é excelente pois tem tudo por perto, mercados, restaurantes, etc. Além disso, a simpatia do Sr. Joaquim que nos entregou as chaves, indicando ótimos restaurantes.

Super accueil de Joaquim. Appartement très agréable, dans une rue très calme. Bonne literie et bon équipement général.
