"Adequate but not great"

Location fine. Had to phone to get access.

No cooking facility. Just a kettle & microwave. Had to poach an egg in the microwave for breakfast. OK for 2 nights as we were 5 mins away from the venue at which we were attending a friends birthday celebrations. Would require better facilities if staying longer.
