The house was clean, with all modern appliances and secure in a very good location as it was only 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

Very good location. Neat house.

Shelves/ cupboards/ hooks in the bathrooms would be beneficial. Juggling with toiletries and clothes in bathroom. Mirrors in bedrooms would be good. Nowhere to put makeup comfortably. Dish cloth would be handy. It would have been nice to have a welcome basket with milk, bread, fruit, biscuits, like other houses previously stayed in, especially as we travelled from overseas. The coffee was basic (Maxwell House!) We were expected to put the bins out but no bin bags were made available. Palaver with hot water switch in main bathroom. House is very echoy. Can hear everything even though you're in different parts of the house!
