"The perfect place for our vacation!"

So cute and furnished perfectly for a 5 day stay. Comfortable and so close to restaurants and shopping. Great base to see all there is to see on this beautiful island.

It is a Airbnb equivalent. Very cosy, well located just few yards from the "downton" Kailua and its beach. Very convenient for a family stay.

Out all Day, arriving only at evenings so facilities provided at combo were not really used

"Oversold with photos and not what we were expecting."

The Unit was updated, the fixtures were nice. The pool was fun so long as we used it after the construction noise was finished for the day.

There was construction happening right next door to our unit which was very loud from 8-4. This wasn't disclosed to us before booking and i would NEVER stayed here had I known we were staying in a construction zone.

"Good base for exploring paradise, but not a good place to hang out in paradise."

The location is very good--north of the busy center of Kona, convenient to a grocery, drug and book store. A good base for exploring the Kona coast.

It's one of 96 condos in 8 buildings, so the view is of other condos. It's on the first floor, and the construction is such that we heard every footstep of the people on the second floor, and their TV through the ceiling.
