Die Lage war zentral. Das Bett war bequem.

Der Eingang an der Straße wirkt verwahrlost und verdreckt. Das Schloss ist defekt, die Briefkästen dreckig. Das Treppenhaus ist alt, düster, eng und schmuddelig. Die Treppen steil und ungesichert. Das Appartement wirkt insgesamt provisorisch renoviert ( Heizlüfter, Kabel, Sicherungskasten). Die Fenster sind marode und teilweise kaputt. Am Abend muss man bis drei Uhr morgens laute Technomusik aus einer naheliegenden Kneipe ertragen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt hier ganz und gar nicht.

It is a very well equipped and clean apartment with everything you need and the location is in the centre of Reutlingen - easy and close to shops, restaurants and bus stops. Spacious enough and the self check in was very easy.

Perfect location smack bang in the heart of the Markt Platz, almost everything one needed was close by. The apartment had excellent heating facilities and just the right amount of cutlery and amenities.

Two or three nights in this place would be optimal, a longer stay like ours spread over 15 days can be very challenging. The kitchen basic groceries like sugar, salt, etc prove insufficient. The bed linen and towels dont get laundered. A washing machine would have been very convenient like the other places I stayed earlier in Tubingen. No table/chair for work. 6 pods of coffee provided for a family of three for 15 days is ridiculous, especially when specifically mentioned as 'provided'. A leaking sink which took 3 days to have it repaired was irksome, to say the least. And the worst nightmare is that the apartment is located on the second floor with no lift and VERY narrow staircases without railings or support. Imagine carrying large suitcases up to your room.

I had an outstanding stay at this place!!! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Reutlingen. The host was extremely supportive and accommodating! I will certainly book it again, and I highly recommend this apartment! Great value for money!

Location and cleanliness were excellent and as described and shown in the booking. key collection was perfect and we received the correct WIFI code the next day which enabled us to use internent and connect TV to watch Netflix ,TV and Youtube.

The owners mentioned that the apartment was not suitable for those with mobility issues and I agree the steep stairs without railings and the lack of lighting on the last level made us feel unsafe. if you have children mobility issues or large suitcases I would say this apartment not for you.
