Totu! Nu sa specificat că este într-un cămin studențesc, camera neîngrijită, baia foarte, foarte murdară, patul rupt, lenjeria cred că 90% nu a fost schimbată, pereții murdari, caloriferul aproape rece și un miros de umiditate. La facilități zice de loc de parcare însă neexistent la fața locului. Chiar dacă am fost în trecere...nu se merita să mergeți la această proprietate ( cămin studențesc).

Mobila lipicioasă, baia depășită de timp, murdară, perdeaua de la baie era infecta. Prosoapele nu erau complet uscate si miroseau. Păcat de garsonieră, are potențial.

Location Quietness

Down by the entrance of the building, some people at different ages stay most of the time , staring to everyone in and out . The room is not well cleaned. The bed is just a sofa and it's opened as a bed , it's not that comfortable because there is a space always in the middle, which makes you not comfortable in sleeping, because it's not one madras. The room needs to be reorganized regarding the furniture and the free space. The door of the bathroom was broken, and you couldn't close it, I managed to fix it by myself, but it's temporary. The most disturbing point was that someone opened the door while I was sleeping with the original key , I was in a chock , and contacted the owner, he said that the clients before me didn't let the key and they took it with them , and for me that was nonsense answer, because simply, what if I was not there and someone stole something from my luggage? Who is the responsible person? I didn't feel safe there or even comfortable. Moreover, the reaction of the owner was kind of disappointing , for him it was just that the customer before me didn't give the keys, but in reality the situation was more dangerous and very risky, simply if I am in his place I will not close my eyes until I bring the keys back , because they have Cameras everywhere and they have the personal data of the person who booked before me . End of the story, it was not a good experience, I didn't get a satisfied answer or even refunded . The situation could easily turn to a disaster if they stolen something.
