It was dirty, filthy, no functional heating, broken shower On top of that when I complained to customer service the owner called me and threatened me, insulted me Horrible experience

It's a decent studio with a nice kitchen, comfortable bed, chairs, a desk, lots of storage. Very practical room indeed. You could wash and dry your clothes on the corridor. They have a big fridge. The place was very clean.

The tv didn't work, there was no signal. There was no warm water for the first 3 days of the stay. It is a rather noisy building because there are lots of studios and students living there. The shower hose was leaking and it was hard to maneuver.

Very good location, close to the center and public transport, quiet neighborhood, the building has security and bicycle parking, cleanliness.

We didn't have hot water and the TV didn't work.

Good location, decent equipment, pleasant kitchen. The sofa bed is quite comfortable and it's not hard to fold it so you can have more space during the day.

The dish detergent was mostly just water, dishes were dirty and oily, one pot is very rusty (not safe for cooking). Don't stay here if you are allergic to dust, I woke up the first night choking and had to clean at least under and around the bed. There was a lot of dust everywhere (under the sofa, behind the TV, in the bathroom), I just walked from the door to the table and back and my socks were completely black. Shower has only one temperature setting (forget cold showers), bathroom wasn't cleaned (soap marks everywhere, hair all over the toilet). The washing machine on the 6th floor was in the hallway right behind the wall where I slept and since the building being a student dormitory there was always someone using it. Even at 3 am! I had to go turn it off several times at night. So you don't get a decent sleep and also I wasn't able to do my laundry during my 7-days stay because of how the washing machine was busy all the time. Bed table and a little lamp would be nice.
