I was expecting that I could stay at the place exactly the same as pictures, however the view from our room was TOTALLY different. The property ower has several properties so you might not get the one you reserved. I requested a money back for the first night if the room is not avaialble but the staff told me to either cancel entire reservations or stay at the different room until the right one becomes available. I requested for money back partially because the room did not have a good view but they told us that the room is UPGRADED and cannot refund any differences.
