GBThe decor was nice in the room. The room was lovely and clean and nice bed linen. Tea coffee and water and toiletries were available.
The shower did not work and there were no blinds at the window in bathroom overlooking street and in bed room had to shut curtains as people opposite could see in. Very noisy on the front with cars and big trucks going past till early hours and starting early in the morning.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like the stairs were steep which wasn’t a problem for us but maybe a problem if you had mobility problems.
GBEverything! So pleasantly surprised! It was so clean, decorated beautifully! Just doesn't feel like it's a room above a pub! There was live music.. we couldn't hear a thing! Would 100% stay here again.

GBGBLocation great, central. Checking in, great. The young man who booked me in was very nice & made sure I was okay. Room spacious, very light, clean, comfortable & warm ( very important to me). Provision of excellent amount of good quality hospitality tray items, eg mini milk cartons were plentiful, enough for me who likes a milky brew. Crystal glasses & bottled water. Decent bedside reading lamps, hairdryer & iron ( not sure where ironing board was, though!)
Only lack of car parking space on arrival, but one soon became available. Not sure what happens if one hadn't but I feel staff would have helped anyway.
