Birch South Lanes - Super 2 bed duplex with south terrace

Clean modern and very well equipped

Only thing… beds were too soft

Host was very accommodating in making my daughters graduation day perfect. Lovely, clean place to stay and very close to sea front and local amnesties. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location in the middle of the Lanes. Central but quiet. Perfect for 2 and would be spacious for 2-4 people. Well equipped and nice decor. Very comfy bed. Nice to have a balcony.

Liked everything except the wifi - reception came and went but not a deal breaker😬.

The location in Dukes Lane is great - good atmosphere, easy to walk to the seafront and shops, bonus of a car parking space

Sofa bed a little uncomfortable

Really stylish apartment in an excellent location. Allowed us to check in early at the last minute, and small terrace was a great bonus when the sun was shining.

Beds were very soft, but this is a personal preference.

Excellent location in the centre of the Lanes. Near everything but very quiet. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Nice balcony overlooking the Lanes.

No major issues. WiFi was a bit slow when streaming the tv but not a big problem.

The locations was fabulous! Right in the thick of it all
