Steps To The Beach, Pacific City and Main Street - Studio

Loved the location and cleanliness. Had to text a couple of times and the person was very helpful

I sssuned the couch was a pullout since I knew it was a one bedroom , but could sleep 4. My only complaint is two of us slept on the blow up bed and we were literally down to the floor every morning

This home is perfect for two people. The host equipped the stay with so many special touches - a beach bag with sunscreen, boogie boards, bathroom amenities, snacks, coffee and creamer, spices for cooking, and a portable heater and blankets are just a few of the details that made this stay so guest-friendly! The property has a perfect spot to park the car off street and a great outdoor seating area. The host left a great list of nearby eats and even menu favorites. We loved walking to Philz Coffee, Sancho's Tacos, and Oakberry Acai. So many great restaurants to enjoy!

Just be aware that there is some street noise and the shower itself is approximately 30"x30" - but water pressure and temp were spot on! The door lock wouldn't initially work, but the host was right on top of communication and it was only a problem the first time. It was so nice to not have to worry about keeping track of a key.

The location is perfect - near a beach and also centre of district.

Construction is very close and toilet near a bed.

Short walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants.

Great Location to beach & restaurants

The smell of cleaning products was overwhelming for the first 24 hours. It’s nice to walk into a clean smelling space but this was like being hit with a bomb of Fabulouso. Made us sick to breath in. No ventilation & the overhead fan just spun it around. Also the nearby construction began every morning before 8am and was just like a guaranteed headache at sunrise

Everything was excellent.

The place was extremely clean and nice. Having a stove was great made it really feel like a home experience. Staff were extremely nice and welcoming. And super quick to adjust for any issues if anything all. I had an issue with out door and the provided code didn't work at first and they were super quick to remedy the situation. We used the place mostly to hang out to sleep. I literally wanted a home away from home for new years and didn't want to drive much with the traffic of the day. This home is cozy and has a allot more freedom than your average hotel, motel. And for the added peace it was worth the extra pennies. If your in a position to rent it I'd say do it because there's plenty to do with in the vicinity. Great location. A cool 5 min walk yo the beach or in the other direction 5 minutes the other way is main st. For me it was worth the money.

I didn't like the door code issue but if I'm being honest it was handled so fast and so politely it was an non issue. Staff was quick to fix it.
