Small scale and quiet. Liked the fact they gave us refillable water bottles to use. Very helpful and friendly staff. Books to borrow too ! They have tuk tuk driver ready to help too. Away from the centre of the city

"Séjour court mais très agréable et bien rempli d’activités intéressantes."

L’hôtel n’est pas très grand et peut donc offrir des services personnalisés. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très courtois et certains membres parlent un bon niveau de français. Le petit déjeuner inclus était très bon et offrait plusieurs choix (continental, nord-américain, cambodgien). Le personnel nous a fait des réservations pour avoir les services d’un guide parlant français afin de visiter les principaux temples d’Angkor Wat. De plus, le guide était excellent. Également, le personnel de l’hôtel nous a réservé des places pour assister au spectacle du cirque Phare (dont les profits sont versés au financement de l’école de cirque), avec transport en tuk-tuk. Enfin, nous avons aussi pu obtenir de l’établissement le service de transport aller-retour de l’aéroport à l’hôtel, ce qui était très pratique, puisque le nouvel aéroport de Siem Reap est situé à plus de 50 km de la ville.

"Beautiful, eco-conscious hotel with delicious food and exceptional service."

Very beautiful hotel, small and very comfortable. There is a beautiful rooftop to sit and enjoy, pool is clean and breakfast was very delicious. The food was fresh and many tasty Khmer dishes...highly recommend the fish amok (served in a coconut)! Every staff member was very kind, attentive and helpful! I like the attention to reducing environmental impact, they provided refillable water bottles, soaps and bicycles to use!

"Un petit coin de paradis et de calm"

La résidence est magnifique, Prim et son équipe sont souriants, accueillants.. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour de 2 nuits afin de profiter du calme et des activités autour. L’équipe parle français et nous a aidé à organiser notre voyage. Dans la chambre familiale très grande, climatisation, frigo, eau filtrée, gourdes et bouilloire tout est là pour se sentir bien. Restaurant sur le toit ouvert de 13h à 23h. Piscine parfaite avant les sorties ou au retour. L’hotel n’est pas dans l’hyper centre mais dispose d’un tuk tuk pour rejoindre le centre pour 2$

The architecture is pretty Things are relatively new and rooms seem well kept.

Extremely loud. There is NO noise cancellation so you can hear things from the outside streets as well as the inside the building while in your room. I was first put into a room at the side of the building, with a balcony facing a road which was really loud. After I spoke about this, they moved me to a different room above the pool but noise levels were still high. The staff are completely untrained and shout/sit around with their phones pinging outside guests rooms. As I mentioned the ‘supervisor’ (I don’t remember his official title) was clearly put in a tough position by the management. The management is absolutely useless and don’t do anything to help guests or things such as providing training for the employees, simply just taking money themselves and forcing the person on the ground to deal with it. Shame on the management. The rooftop bar was not in operation as there were hardly any guests, but it was a shame as it is advertised as a big aspect of the hotel.
