The team there are very warm, starting with their owner. They are always looking to make your stay in Siem Reap an experience to remember. The food, we had all of our breakfasts, one lunch, and one dinner there, was excellent! The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We will recommend Won Residences to anyone we know heading to Siem Reap. Thanks again to Bunthol Prim and the team there. Best of luck!

Good location, nice staff, nice amenities

A bite noisy at night

Beautiful local family owned hotel. Extremely nice and big comfortable bedrooms. The swimming pool was a must after a day in the sun/heat. Breakfast was really good and cooked at the time of the order. We also had lunch there one day, and the food was fantastic. Savuth was amazing with us between arranging our trips and tour guide to the temples for 2 days, also helped us contacting and booking our trip to Kulen Elephant Forest. Always took an interest in helping us at the hotel and out of it, and we really appreciated that!

Because of the excessive heat, we had to use Grab/Tuk-tuk to and from town to avoid a 15-minute walk in the sun to town, but we were ok with it. Perhaps because we went in low season, we felt there was too much staff standing around for the occupancy of the hotel, making us feel a little odd at times.

Lovely hotel. All the staff are outstanding from reception, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and general staff. Great levels of service including from the hotels own taxi service driver Sok Yol. Handy for trips such as to temples and other exploring area.

We loved the staff! They were so sweet.

One time the boss got a bit angry at the staff, what was unfortunate to see. The warm and cozy atmosphere that the staff created was a bit gone by the boss.

It was relatively close to the city center, the staff was superb, and the restaurant(s) at the property were top class

Everything was great
